Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds have released the music video for new single ‘She Taught Me How To Fly’. Check it out below exclusively on NME.com.
The psychedelic clip sees Gallagher taking centre stage as he performs the anthem by himself, with the action interspersed by a series of increasingly surreal silhouettes.

“She Taught Me How to Fly” follows Gallagher’s Who Built the Moon? videos for “Holy Mountain” and “It’s a Beautiful World.” Like those previous videos, Gallagher utilizes antiquated technology — in this case, VHS and cheesy Eighties graphics — to create a nostalgia-inducing visual for a song Gallagher told Rolling Stone is “clearly the greatest lost Blondie single of time.”

The campaign around the album is still ongoing, with album highlight ‘She Taught Me How To Fly’ the latest to gain full single status.
The track will be given a limited edition 12 inch picture disc release, coupled with the instrumental version and a remix from house legend Justin Robertson.
